Catherine Eliot

Catherine is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years experience in a variety of mental health settings. She has worked with clients in the university setting and in private practice.

She obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Curtin University in 2014 and has done further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and in the area of Sleep Psychology.

She has supported clients with varied and complex mental health issues with a particular interest in anxiety disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders, and women’s health.

She is also a busy mum of four and when not working she loves being active in the outdoors, doing pilates and spending time with her family, including her dog and cat.
